BurnShot is provisioned for the secure, temporary transfer of legitimate documents and visual data. Transmission of illegal, non-consensual, or malicious payloads is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate infrastructural blocking.

2. Cryptographic Deletion & Hardware Limitations

While the system is architected for automated destruction and utilizes anti-download canvas rendering to restrict native browser saving, BurnShot provides the service "as is." LogicLooms Lab assumes no liability for network latency, unauthorized local access, or extraction via OS-level screen captures and external cameras.

3. Enterprise Subscriptions

Dedicated Enterprise instances are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Clients maintain full ownership of their isolated data silos. LogicLooms Lab reserves the right to suspend enterprise instances for non-payment or violations of Acceptable Use.

4. Rate Limiting & Abuse

To maintain global uptime on the public cloud, strict IP-based rate limiting is enforced at the edge layer. Automated abuse or attempts to bypass upload thresholds will result in permanent blacklisting.

5. Modifications

LogicLooms Lab reserves the right to dynamically adjust constraints (e.g., max payload size, TTL limits) on public tiers to optimize system integrity without prior notice.
